1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Luggage Ease services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Customer: The person using the luggage storage service.
• Luggage Ease: The company providing the luggage storage service.
• Items: Any luggage, bags, or personal belongings stored with Luggage Ease.

3. Service Availability

Luggage Ease operates 24/7, 365 days a year. However, access to facilities may be subject to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Storage Duration

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Short-Term: Storage for a period of a few hours up to one week.
• Long-Term: Storage exceeding one week, with a maximum duration of three months unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Security and Insurance

• All storage facilities are secured and monitored by video surveillance.
• Items stored are insured. Additional insurance can be purchased if required.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure you receive your luggage tag & receipt.
• Do not store prohibited items, including but not limited to: hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal substances, or weapons.
• Inform Luggage Ease of any special handling requirements.

7. Payment and Fees

• Fees are calculated based on the duration and size of storage.
• Payments must be made in advance at the storage facility.

8. Liability

• Luggage Ease is not responsible for any damage or loss of items resulting from improper packing by the customer.
• Luggage Ease's liability is limited to the insured value of the items.

9. Access to Items

• Customers can access their stored items during operating hours or by appointment.
• Proof of identity and the storage receipt are required to retrieve items.

10. Termination of Storage

• Items not collected within 30 days of the end of the storage period will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.

11. Changes to Terms

Luggage Ease reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
